What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your event start time. If you cancel less then 7 days notice, your deposit will held but can be used for a future event date.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your event start time you forfeit your deposit and payment.
If there is severe weather (thunderstorms or high winds) forecasted for the day of your event, we will reach out in advance and work with you to determine how you wish to proceed. You will be given the option to reschedule your event and we will work with you to attempt to accommodate a future date.
If we deliver and setup the equipment we are not able to refund your payment.
Are you Registered and Insured?
All of our bounce house inflatables are registered in Wisconsin with the Department of Safety and Professional Services as amusement rides as required by state law.
We are fully insured and able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required. If your organization needs to be listed as an “Additionally Insured” we can do so for a minimal fee and a few days notice.
